Refunds are available in full for the purchase price of yourunopened product, returned in original packaging, within 30 days of the original purchase date. You cover return shipping. Contact us athello@rewildorganics.org to get the process started.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Any products received without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that have beenopened.
If there was an error on our part, you received a damaged item, or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately athello@rewildorganics.org and give us an opportunity to make it right through a credit or replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
